2. Data we collect
We only collect the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below. We never ask you for sensitive data.
2.1 Data you provide to us
- Contact form: name, email address, subject of your request, and the content of your message.
- Appointment booking: when you book a slot, the information you enter in the booking tool (name, email, any details provided).
VODOO CRM waitlist: the sign-up form is not hosted on this Site. The “SaaS Product” page displays the try.vodoocrm.com website in an embedded frame (iframe); any information you enter there is sent directly to that website and does not pass through altiorat.com. That website is also published by ALTIORAT LLC and has its own privacy policy.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, logged by our host for security and proper operation of the service.

4. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We use technical service providers (processors) that process data on our behalf, solely according to our instructions:
- Resend — delivery of contact-form emails.
- Calendly — online appointment booking.
- Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States — hosting and delivery of the site.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States). These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
5. Retention period
- Contact messages: kept for the time needed to handle your request, then for up to 3 years for commercial follow-up purposes.
- Waitlist: until the product launch or until you unsubscribe.
- Technical logs: a short duration, in line with our host's practices.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of your consent at any time.

7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to data, and providers selected for their level of security. API keys and secrets are never exposed on the browser side.
8. Minors
The site is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. Any change will be published on this page with a new update date.
